Music is a small enterprise dedicated to helping songwriters,
singers, musicians and composers climb the greasy pole that is the
music business. Some of our services are listed below. We
are located close to Barnard Castle in the Durham Dales of Northern
England and specialize in low budget (digital and CD) music
production, tuition, coaching and if required, internet
marketing. We have expertise in classical, jazz and most high
quality 'pop' and 'rock' music but we strictly avoid genres
featuring explicit lyrics with violent or pornographic references.

singers, songwriters & musicians
We can help you create your own CD of your own
compositions or cover songs with professional accompaniments,
(including CD artwork and printing) from as little as £80. If you
already have made your own CD then please contact us if you would
like to sell it on this site. We can also turn your original (or
cover arrangements) songs into sheet music ready to publish using
Sibelius or Finale notation programs offering 'pro' arrangement
suggestions for artists/writers lacking music & theory skills.
We help musicians to
showcase their audio and video samples on the web and assisting individuals to use
the net, building web-sites, using web applications etc to promote and sell
your work.
We specialise in individually tailored accompaniment CD's for classical and jazz musicians (including exam syllabus)
students
Training courses and lessons are available within our small academy, for instance piano, keyboard skills, singing and music theatre. Learn to use music software and hardware. We also teach web development using using Microsoft Expression Web design tools and also use of Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash programs.

Use our equipment and music software to produce your own recordings, or we will guide you through the whole process. Our studio includes Yamaha CVP 405; PSR 9000; accoustic/electric guitar; Antec music PC; Zoom R16 Digital Recorder; Alesis Multimix; Rode, Technics Sennheiser & AKG mics, etc. Software includes Steinberg, Cubase 4, Sony Architect 5, Sonar Producer, MTStudio, Tracktion Garritan Personal Orchestra, Sibelius 3, Finale 2005 etc. Hire charges are as little as £25.00 for the first hour followed by £20.00 per hour (includes engineer/producer)

Mel
Stallwood has now released his solo piano CD ‘Piano
for a Blue World’ The CD contains 4 originals plus 11 of
the most beautiful romantic classics ever written. Composers include
Chopin, Liszt and Debussy.
The album’s mood is sadly reflective, romantic and nostalgic but
ultimately relaxing, deeply sensuous, like a long soak in the bath.

Videos
Our video channel (MusicClassycool) is up and running on You Tube and we are using this source for the One-2-Five E-tutor and also the online E-tutor. Mel Stallwood is also using MusicClassycool for his piano videos.
